Job Description:

We are a rapidly growing freight forwarding and transport company operating on the international market. Due to the growth of our business, we are looking for a person for the position of International Freight Forwarder to join our team and support us in the organisation and coordination of international transports.

Responsibilities:

• Organisation and coordination of international transports,
• Planning and monitoring of transport routes,
• Liaising with carriers and customers to ensure a high quality service,
• Negotiating terms of carriage and setting rates,
• Solving logistical and operational problems,
• Control of transport documentation,
• Ensuring that orders are completed on time,
• Acquisition of new clients.

Requirements:

• Experience as an international freight forwarder (welcome),
• Knowledge of the transport market and logistics issues,
• Good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages will be an advantage),
• Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment,
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems,
• Communication skills, responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team,
• Very good organisation of own work.
